IMPERIAL COLLEGE RULES FOR ALL THE STUDENTS 
1. All students should report at least 10mins prior to the commencement of classes. No student is allowed to classes after the class starts & it will be marked absent.
2. Attendance will be taken for each subject. Student absent for any one subject will be treated as absent for the day.
3. As you know less than 95% of attendance will not allow you to write the exam, you have to know your updated attendance percentage from Center Head.
4. Students should enter college premises with proper uniform and grooming standards (clean, well pressed uniform, proper shaving, hair cut, polished shoes, college bag, I.D. card) Center Head will be checking the grooming standard daily.
5. If a student is absent for more than 3 days continuously, he will be allowed to classes only after proper communication from his/her parents/Guardians. Leave letter should apply in duplicate & retain a copy after sanctioning from Center Head, for future reference.
6. Students should not use mobile phones during class hours.
7. Students are allowed to go for Toilet during allotted BREAK PERIOD only. They are advised not to enter into other official area like reception, counseling area etc.
8. Students are advised NOT TO GIVE HANDLOAN to other students. If so Management will be not responsible.
9. Cash reserve, ornaments should be avoided with the student, in order to prevent unnecessary disturbances. Mobile Phone & Bank ATM card should be kept carefully.
10. For any problem you face, please contact immediately to the Center Head. If it is not solved immediately, then you should contact to the Director or email to (imperial.vizag@gmail.com).
11. Student/Parent should make available for the meeting conducted by the management at any time and any student/parent found absent from the meeting, a strict disciplinary action will be taken.
12. Except Parents/Guardian, no other person related to student is allowed inside the college premises.
13. The students are advised strictly to keep their belongings with them. No students will be allowed to loiter in the corridor / roof top or keep standing for hours at the corridor/ roof top. Students found deviating from this will be liable for strict action.
14. No students should chew pans, guthkas, bubblegums, smoking & consumption of alcohol, it is strictly prohibited. The management is at liberty to take any disciplinary action against such student found misusing the premises and the matter will be viewed seriously.
15. Students are strictly advised not to leave the station without prior approval and sanction in writing. Students are warned not to go for movies, beaches, Outdoor catering and other recreational places unless necessary permission is being sanctioned in writing from Center Head & In Charge-Administration.
16. Try to communicate in ENGLISH only. Your behavior must & should be very professional towards your Faculty, Staff, Classmates & Seniors.
17. Management Reserve the RIGHTS to visit the campus & student’s room at any time.
18. You are required to visit the college Notice Board for update notice.
IMPERIAL HOSTEL  RULES & REGULATION
  1. Cash reserve, jewellery or ornaments should be avoided with the student, in order to prevent unnecessary disturbances. They can keep excess money with Center Head & when ever required can take in working hour(10a.m-5p.m.)only. Mobile Phone & Bank ATM card should be kept carefully.
  2. Students should sign in the movement register available in the Hostel, while coming in and going out.
  3. For any problem in the hostel to be contacted immediately to HostelIn Charge. At emergency they should contact Center Head.
  4. The schedule timing for food will be available in canteen. Any students deviating from the mentioned time will lose the right to claim for food for that particular session. Any students obtains the permission for going out on a particular context and is not joining to take food for the particular session will have to inform the concerned In-charge, prior in order to avoid wastage of food. Any Student found wasting FOOD will be viewed seriously.
  5. Students should make available for the meeting conducted by the management and any student found absent from the meeting, a strict disciplinary action will be taken.
  6. Students should use only allotted room to them. Except Parents with prior permission, no other person is allowed inside the hostel.
  7. The students are advised strictly to maintain their belongings in order and keep their place absolutely in neat & clean condition. No students will be allowed to loiter in the verandah/ roof top or keep standing for hours at the verandah/ roof top. The management is at liberty to strictly walk into the Campus and students found deviating from this will be liable for strict action.
  8. No students should chew pans, guthkas, smoking & consumption of alcohol in the premises of the Hostel and it is strictly prohibited. The management is at liberty to take any disciplinary action against such student if found misusing the premises and the matter will be viewed seriously.
  9. Students are strictly advised not to leave the station without prior approval and sanction in writing. Students are warned not to go for movies, beaches, outdoor catering and other recreational places unless necessary permission is being sanctioned in written from Center Head.
  10. Students should use the mobile in their room & are at liberty to listen music subject to the condition that it should not create disturb others at any cost and any such complaints received and found guilty by the Enquiry Committee, strict disciplinary action will be taken, or his/her candidature will be forfeited.
  11. The student should maintain strict study hour and the lights should be switched – off by 11PM strictly. Students doing part time Job should not disturb to other students after coming from duty & Students not doing part time job should cooperate them. Students should make sure that the water taps, Lights, Fans should be switched off when not in use and the toiletry premises are kept neat & clean.
  12. Try to communicate in ENGLISH only. Your behavior must & should be very professional towards your Faculty, Staff, Class mates & Seniors.
  13. Management Reserve the RIGHTS to visit the campus & student’s room at any time. Hostel will be lock sharp at 10pm to 6am. In any emergency student should take permission from Hostel InCharge and Center Head only. After permission granted they can go by signing in the movement register.
